Martín Fernández-Prado

Martin Fernanndez Prado is an architect specializing in urbanism. Since 1995, he has been the autonomous architect of COAG (delegation of Lugo) and since 1998, co-owner of HFP Arquitectura & Urbanismo SL. He is also a professor for various degree and postgraduate courses in the ETS of Architecture of the University of A Coruna since 1998. Appointed Deputy Mayor and Councilor for the Environment, Territory and Infrastructures after an absolute majority reached in the municipal elections of 2011 in A Coruna and subsequently Councilor for Urban Planning, Housing and Rehabilitation, Infrastructure and Public Services. He remained in office until 2015. In August 2016 he was elected to the Parliament of Galicia, where he presides over the non-permanent commission on Road Safety and is a spokesman for the popular group in the 2nd Commission, Territorial Planning, Public Works, Environment and Services, and in the area of Universities.
